Poverty Cure - Short Promo
Been working on this project (and still working on this project) as part of the ColdWater Media crew for the Acton Institute. I’ve shot most of what’s in this promo and it got some great editing and text treatments provided by Dave Stotts. In the end we will release a 6 part DVD curriculum series as well as a full length documentary.
iEmpathize Mexico City Short: The Way Home (English Ver.)
This is a project I filmed and edited for iEmpathize about human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of children in Mexico City. iE partners with an incredible safe-home there which provides rescue and restoration for these young girls.
This short film was produced for a mixed media exhibit also including photography and artifacts. The exhibit and film are produced in both English and Spanish and tour in the USA and in Mexico at strategic events and venues. A longer version of the film will be debut in February 2011.
Maria, who is featured in this film, is one of the many girls experiencing restoration at iE's partner safe-home Camino a Casa - The Way Home.

Ethiopian Orphans
I got to travel to Ethiopia with Tom Davis of Children’s HopeChest. I directed and edited this piece to introduce people to the beautiful orphan children of Ethiopia.
Defy the Darkness
This piece is directed by Stephen Vidano. I was one of two cameramen on this shoot along with Cory Reynolds. We shot 5:00pm to 5:00am out in Black Forest, Colorado and it was probably about 12 degrees fahrenheit! Cold one, but an exciting shoot!
